How to sign in

  1. If you work in the ITC, you should use your username and @itcilo.org as shown in the screenshot below.

  1. Click on the “Next” button or press Enter to submit your credentials.
  2. Complete multi-factor authentication (if enabled): If you have enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA) for added security, you may be prompted to verify your identity through additional steps such as entering a verification code sent to your authenticating app or phone number. This video will show you how to register multi-factor authentication.
  3. Congratulations! You can now access ILO applications.
